select rounded rectangular tool, and make corner radius 100px, draw it and fill colour select none-stroke color select black afetr that raster the shape and delete off of the shape

No reason is needed and no age is inappropriate to LEARN in life.

Type 'U' or any other text in a new layer of text. Exit the text comand. Selecte the layer of Text in dialogue box, presee CTRL+T and rotate the text. Voila...you are done
