I am a Graduate in English Honours & PG Diploma in Computers from Utkal University, Orissa, with overall 12 years of qualitative experience in the Service Industry at Corporate Training & Quality. He has the experience of working with people from diverse cultural and professional spheres, ranging from MNCs to Education sector. He is more than convinced with the theory that emotional quotient (EQ) and social quotient (SQ) are very important, rather EQ & SQ are major determinants in optimum utilization of human intelligence and skills. Language and communication skills can be acquired and developed to befit the changing socio-political environments. Training to develop pleasing, proactive and congenial personality paves way for aspirants desirous to lead productive life both in professional as well as personal sphere. Prior to his role as an Independent Training consultant he was working for IBM (2001-2012) and Mphasis BPO (2012-2013) from an Executive level to Manager Training & Quality/Operations.
