Namasthe Ji , Realy good about your yoga practice. And my answer about quition is No. As a young at the age 23 , You can do some more practice , Do you have a enough time. You can do small change in your sequence that before doing Trikonasa , Better to do surya Namaskars . This is my opinion only.... ...more

And take advise from your family doctor or Yoga expert before do your yoga classes.
