The Lark Ascending" by Vaughan Williams, "Violin Concerto" by Beethoven, "Four Seasons" by Vivaldi, "Caprices" by Paganini, Sibelius Violin Concerto, Brahms Violin Concerto, "Chaconne" from Bach's Partita No. 2, and pieces by Fritz Kreisler like "Schön Rosmarin".

It's absolutely not possible to learn violin by reading books only. At least manage to get some good violin tutorials online or go to a violin trainer. anyway, these two books are best. Suzuki Violin Method. Galamian.
