Minimum 8 to 10years of learning the violin & about learning the basics,it takes 6 months at least with everyday practice & need a good teacher too.All you'll have to do is ,love the violin as you Love yourself. All the very best.Have a wonderful happy New year ahead.Thank you.

Fire and light show performer Advanced poi spinning.

Minimum of a 6 months with everyday practice will set you sailing with the basics. But if you want to make a tune which is melodious and pleasinh might take years. Violin can be the most beautiful or the most horrifying instrument to listen to. Happy leaning :)

Making tune comprises of playing credential. You have to master the violin to make a tune out of it. Atleast a dedicated 5 years.

If your are looking for Carnatic violin classes then you should thoroughly practice till keerthanas , thillanas, varnams and under guidance from a guru . bu it takes about 8-10 years of tutelage to understand the Carnatic Violin.

You should always go to the store and check out yourself by playing on different acoustic instruments. Even if they look the same, the sound won't! Play by yourself and pick the one you like.
