If you do make sure you ask someone professional at least once if that's the right source to learn it from. Once learned wrong, it will be very difficult to correct the pattern.

You should always go to the store and check out yourself by playing on different acoustic instruments. Even if they look the same, the sound won't! Play by yourself and pick the one you like.
