I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher having an experience of more than 12 years in the field of learning, practicing and teaching Yoga, meditation and philosophy. For last 6 years I have been teaching Yoga and meditation to people all over the world in Rishikesh, the capital of Yoga. I have been conducting Yoga retreats and Teachers training courses for a long time. I deal with people of all ages, body conditions and all levels whether beginners, intermediate or advanced level. I teach Asanas, pranayama, mudras, Bandhas, shatkarma, Mantra chanting, philosophy of Yoga in Upanishads and Bhagwad gita, Patanjali Yoga sutras and different kinds of meditation techniques.
I am available for both online and offline classes.
