Yes, But Not For all aasan Some of aasan can do BP Patient, When BP patient Having Problem During assan then they should have avoid it.

Yes, BP Patient should avoid yog, Because, when we does some aasana Chakrasana, Pachimotasana then the blood circulation will be Increase On our body, So BP patients Will have a Problem so kindly avoiding aasana who are BP Patients Thank you.

Yog Practice is depends of you body flaxiblity If your body is flaxible then you can Practice 2 or 3 hours a day because you can easly enter in Assana with proper guestur if your body is not flaxible then need more practice. Before yog you need to Spend some time for mocro excercise that will help you... ...more

Yog Practice is depends of you body flaxiblity If your body is flaxible then you can Practice 2 or 3 hours a day because you can easly enter in Assana with proper guestur if your body is not flaxible then need more practice. Before yog you need to Spend some time for mocro excercise that will help you when you will do yog. And need a practice to do a Perfect Assana becauae practice man's make perfect.

You can go there where you gets a proper guidance of yog.
