Its very difficult for students who are not native English speakers to understand even the Indian accent in videos. So I first speak to the students to familiarize them with English. I then play videos with Indian accent to help them improve their listening skills. After this, I make them listen to how the most commonly used words are pronounced in different accents like British, American, Australian and so on. Then we listen to different videos, pausing after each sentence to try to understand what was being said. Depending upon the student's level, this process takes around 10 days to one month. Once the student gets a bit of a grip on various accents, I play full videos and give them practice in answering questions as per the IELTS format.

I conduct personalized GMAT coaching. I start with introduction to GMAT exam format, followed by intensive covering of concepts needed especially for quantitative part. Then I explain how to tackle the comprehension sections of verbal and integrated reasoning. After a brief explanation of the various graphs used, I run the students through the different questions that appear in the Integrated Reasoning section. Once basics are covered, I give the students exhaustive practice in each section and also full tests wherein they are timed.

The best way to remove your hesitation is to speak as though you know better English than the other person. Unless you start speaking without worrying what others will think, you will never learn. Apart from this, you need to listen to others speak, try to understand basic grammar and record your own self, so you can play it back and check if you have made mistakes
