"Fabulous experience with great relaxation mind was energetic feeling and the Ashwinbhai is a very good trainer and nice behavior. Most of all we would be done a little bit of yoga in the past, but only for flexibility. Ashwinbhai is an awesome instructor and started the session by explaining the spiritual side of yoga to us, which made this a totally new experience for us.
