C language Faculty (online Classes )

A user who has taken both the exams said that he can say that UPSC CSE is tougher to clear because of very few seats (a rank above 1000 gives you a seat in IIT unlike UPSC), the unpredictable nature of the exam, subjectivity of the exam, vastness of the syllabus etc.
