There are streches of gaps are there in political sinario. i.e 1998-04, 2004-09, 2009-2014 and presently it was all together different. in 1998-2004 Atal Bihari Vajpayee put strong foundations for growth even though his govt faced kargil war, less tennure etc but political stability was not so well. in First UPA 04-09 and second UPA till 14 congress was in alliance with different parties and can not made strong political stability. New govt made strong only in LS but not in RS again we did not achieve this. read less
