I am saying on the basis of my personal experience that any of the premier institutes which claim they are preparing you for civil services are actually running a money making factory. They cover only 40% of the syllabus and rest of it is to be prepared by you. There are almost 300-350 students in a batch so you forget that any of your doubts would ever be cleared. Besides that the heavy fees and the atrocious amount of rent which we gives me shivers. The best would be if you approach a reliable seniour and ask him/her for help. Read standard books for gs and refer to ignou videos for optional subject. read less
