How can I start preparation for UPSC civil services? I work 10 hours at a company.

you can avail online classes for the upsc its easy and convenient

No worries you can prepare even working, just spend 3-4 hours daily 6-8 hours weekend. And if you can manage time in office hours you can read out newspaper and current affairs.
