Delhi based B.Sc graduate with B.Ed degree, CTET qualified with 2 years experience.

You can try tutoring students upto 10th standard( especiallysocial studies) , this way you won't have much pressure and can manage smaller expenses of you own plus your basics for upsc will also be cleared.

The most effective way is to meditate. It will improve your focus. Stop using phone oftenly while studying. Dedicate any time in the entire day for using mobile phone.
