The last section in listening is generally considered the most difficult one. Still, if you focus on some minor details, it will help you better understand, like, carefully listen to the signpost such as firstly, because, on the other hand. Also, when some vital information is delivered, the speaker emphasises it more.
Other than this practice, as much as possible. I hope this helps.
