Create your own note book in each subject in which you write it down your daily basis problem and ask it to teacher and you should increase your practice in no. Of queston and keep distance to social networking sites

Then he must make his mind that he HAS to study. then he should write aims and goals that he will cover in that time. If a student is not able to study for a long time then he should get regular naps. but he should not leave his place. just close his eyes, stretch arms,legs and press the pressure points of fingers. after a nap of 5-7 minutes sge should continue reading again read less
