1.Right to freedom

2.Right to freedom of religion

3.Right to equality

4.Right against exploitation

5.Educational & cultural rights

6.Right to constitutional remedies

These are also known as fundamental rights which are given to every citizen to live freely and can stand against violation.

i. All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.

ii. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

iii. No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.

iv. All are equal before the law.

v. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

vi. Everyone charged with an offence against the law has the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.

vii. Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion.

viii. Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression.

ix. Everyone has the right to vote. The will of the people shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections, which will be by universal and equal suffrage.

x. Everyone has the right to education.
