First of all give knowledge to all the students on the same basis, not only theoretical but also in a practical way, students are much interested to go through in a practically study. Secondly, always keep practicing, maintain disciplines and improve day to day routine. Thirdly, teachers responsibility to give knowledgeable things and aware day to day life this is very very important. We are know that upto 5 to 7 years child growth has happened about 80%, so as much as we give knowledge, not only gives book knowledge but also lifestyle. Lastly, outdoor game is essential because it has to improve blood circulation and give strengths to conceive knowledge as well. One most important thing: 1. How to behave? 2. Making the students understand the basics of any subject rather than just making them understand from an exam point of view. Students need to practice and inculcate the habit of reading more and also go for extracurricular activities that will boost the interest in studying.

From my perspective let the children with their own knowledge. Every child has different skills and talent, so first understand kid's views, thoughts and their behaviour. I think this is the best way to improve kid's intelligence.

Leave him or her freely and watch how he or she react with some unimportant things like small toys or any drawing or any kind of innovation then you decide. Only reading is not the solution of increase of intelligency for baby as per my opinion.
