Learn language with more passion.

If a child is interested in self studies and can handle by his/her own, then really no need to join any tution class but only handling the subject is not enough now a days. It's good to take guidance of a tutor with which a subject can be mastered. Good luck!

Brother before Professional is needed for your child

I believe the answer to be yes. But, there's a big change that needs to be brought about. Instead of hiring tutor professionals who've passed nearly 10+ years back, it's better to hire the ones recently passed out with grace marks. It's totally my perspective.
