I felt that many students will book free demo with multiple tutors with the topics they feel difficult and not even attend the call and inform whether they want to continue the class or not..I am a new tutor in urbanpro. Is it happens to everyone or only to me?

Yes it do happened with me too i have given the demo classes to students but they didn't revert back for the classes and many of the students have posted wrong information due to which I have lost many coins.

The same problem with me too, because I am also new to urban pro,So when a student book a demo class then I loss my coins,but when I got message from urban pro that you have a a demo booked by a student,so after that when I call or message to that student there is no response from them, and if someone response that I wanna take a demo, but the day of demo class they didn't joined it.After this everytime I talk to help section, they told me that if student is not joining then you can end the class, so it takes so much time, and finally in the end I wasted my 1 hour,my coins and I got nothing. So this is the request to urban pro that if a student book a demo so please confirm from them that they really serious about it, only then reduce our coins. Thank you. read less
