Hi I am a Russian of Indian origin but now I am permanently planning to return to India. I want to start home tuitions prefebly in Nort East India. Please could you advice on how to start? I have master's degree in biotechnology and molecular oncology, and currently pursuing PhD but have decided to call it quits and return to homeland. Deepesh.
