Preliminary you can practice with online drums application available in Playstore, but it's obviously better if you buy it at least second hand for better learning. ð??? hope you like my answer.

Drum Lessons for beginners and intermediate level players

It depends on how long you've been learning for. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a drum kit for the first 6 months at least. Once you learn the basics well and know for sure that drums is going to be your instrument, you can go ahead and buy a drum kit. Hope this helps. Good luck
