What is the passing mark for TOEFL?
There is no passing mark for TOEFL. Score requirements are set by each higher education institution or university. So there is no a fix score that candidate has to score. Regards Dinesh

What is the qualifying mark for TOEFL?
There’s a huge range here: some schools/colleges require a score as low as 70 points, and others as high as 110. From a practical standpoint, the score required by the school you’re interested in should be considered a “good” score.
