There is no passing mark for TOEFL. Score requirements are set by each higher education institution or university. So there is no a fix score that candidate has to score. Regards Dinesh

Hi Vijay, There is no passing marks for TOEFL exam but if you score anywhere between 60-70 in IBT and 600 in PBT it will help you get through most universities..

Minimum 80 is what you may call a pass.

Anything above 80 will help you to get admissions in US collages. Above 105 would ensure that you get the best college. One of my students got 115 out of 120 and got 100% scholarship in two colleges.
