Hello! Manmohan,TOEFL exam is quite tough and expensive as well. Therefore you need to develop those skills to achieve a good score.In spite of being good in English, you will have to prepare specifically for this exam.The preparation time is at least two months.Happy learning.

Yes, you can. If you are strong enough in your English communication, then it's only a matter of days to crack the exam. However, I suggest you find a tutor who can give you some useful tips and tricks.

As a trainer, I feel you need at least a month time if you are at intermediate level to expert, but if you are below the level then you must take 3 months to prepare and then you can attempt the exam.
