In TOEFL reading, should I read loudly?

Sat, psat, act, gre,gmat, toefl, ielts -15 yrs exp. Princeton review, kaplan certified online tutor.

You can read loudly while practising but if you do so in exam hall, it will disturb the other test takers and you might be asked by the invigilator to read silently.
