Does TOEFL score affect admission if it has passed the minimum line set by graduate program?

In my opinion, the 20 in Speaking can hurt you as some universities ask for a minimum of 22 in each section. Ideally a minimum of 100 is considered a good score to apply in premier US universities. In my opinion, the 20 in Speaking can hurt you as some universities ask for a minimum of 22 in each section. Ideally a minimum of 100 is considered a good score to apply in premier US universities. I'm not sure which country you are targeting. I personally know some friends who got in European universities with a score lower than yours. So it all depends on what country & league of universities you are planning to apply to. Good luck read less
