I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. My academic background in commerce and management allows me to bring depth and clarity to the subjects I teach, especially for higher classes and professional courses. Along with my educational qualifications, my years of practical teaching experience have helped me design effective learning strategies for my students.
One of my core beliefs as a teacher is that every student is unique, and therefore, my teaching should adapt to their individual needs. To achieve this, I start with a counseling session to understand each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and goals. This helps me create a customized approach that ensures better understanding and long-term learning rather than just rote memorization.
In my classes, I combine theory with practical examples, making learning more relatable and easier to grasp. Whether it is simplifying complex concepts in commerce for advanced learners or breaking down foundational topics for school students, I make sure my students gain clarity and confidence in the subject. I also ensure that lessons remain interactive and engaging so that students feel motivated throughout the learning process.
I primarily conduct offline classes, as I find it helps me connect better with my students. I use PPTs and a whiteboard to make my sessions more interactive and visually engaging. This combination of tools, along with a flexible lesson plan, allows me to adjust my teaching based on student progress and feedback.
Over the years, I have received consistent positive feedback from students and parents, not just for academic improvement but also for the confidence and interest my students develop in their studies. Teaching is not just my profession but my passion, and seeing my students grow and achieve their goals continues to be the most rewarding part of my career.
