Hi Chandan. I am glad you raised this issue. There is a sequence - you have to first focus on listening to English content. The more you look, the better you subsequently get at speaking. Finding someone who is fluent in English and then talk can become impractical at times. The best thing is to take a mirror and talk to it on any topic for about 20-30 mins a day. Record the speech. Play it back and check where you went wrong (get in touch with an appropriate person for corrections).
