Neha P.

My journey with yoga began in 2017, and over the years, it has remained a part of my life in different ways. After spending several years working as a content marketing professional, I recently found my way back to yoga and decided to take this connection further by completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course at The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. This journey has inspired me to explore a more meaningful and fulfilling path, one where I can share what I have learnt and help others discover the joy of practising yoga. I welcome children, beginners, and healthy adults who want to explore yoga at their own pace. My approach is friendly, practical, and engaging, combining asanas, breathing techniques, balance, flexibility, and relaxation. With children, I love the idea of making yoga playful through stories and movement-based activities, while adult learners can enjoy a supportive space to build confidence and develop a regular practice. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to reconnect with it, I would love to be a part of your journey!
