I am a yoga instructors who can help you learn more about the subject. I am open to sharing all the knowledge that I have gained from my teachers and guru and that I have discovered from my own practice. I am certified by International Yoga Alliance, Ujjain Yoga Life Society, and Ministry of Ayush to teach yoga. One of the main difference in this class you can notice is that I try and customise the sessions according to the need of the students. Regular yoga practice have proved not only improvement in general physical fitness (weight loss, flexibility, strength, endurance) of some students but also helped many students to improve their mental health.
I take online sessions, offline sessions in DLF Phase 2, and I can also come to your society/ building in case adequate space is available. I take both group and private sessions.
