Hello Tarun. Swimming is a whole body exercise and uses pretty much every muscle in the body. When executed with correct technique there would be less chances of injury instead the muscles will build strength hence swimming is a good thing for any other sport.

If you find that the memberships are too expensive in resorts,clubs or hotels, try some standard pools with 50 mts where public batches would be available at nominal prices of Rs 30-50 per hour. Hope this helps.

Can I learn swimming in one day?
No u wont be able to learn in one day but yes for sure u will be able to learn to do breathing and kicking
