Which language is better for employment purpose?

In India, we prefer English, but English is the second preference language for foreign OEM'S. Actually, it depends for which employer you are working. How much time it take to speak English fluently

Hello Vaishali.. It depends how fast your fear/hesitation towards english goes away...hoping to be an expert in a week,..will not take you anywhere..you have to practise..the more you talk and interact in english..the more good you become..
