Reading is a good way to enhance vocabulary and should be done regularly. Also observing other people who speak English fluently, will help to improve one's diction and pronunciation. It depends on each and every individual.Moreover it is a learning process.It doesn't matter how fluent we are but still there are immense concepts to learn.To just have a foundation it maximum takes 6 months to have a fair knowledge in english.

Each ledson is finished off with a class activity that kind of ensures adequate learning eith participation. Beyond 3 months period only practisr is required, that can again be guided.
