It depends on each and every individual.Moreover it is a learning process.It doesn't matter how fluent we are but still there are immense concepts to learn.To just have a foundation it maximum takes 6 months to have a fair knowledge in english.

Each ledson is finished off with a class activity that kind of ensures adequate learning eith participation. Beyond 3 months period only practisr is required, that can again be guided.
