What is the value of pie?

For mathematical purposes we use 3.14159 which is a approx value used.

If 4 is supposed to rounded off to its nearest 10, what will be the ans. Please ans only if u r sure enough. Thanx.

It should be zero. Because when we round off anything greater than 5 is rounded off to 10 but since it is 4 which is less than 5 so the answer is 0.
