It should be zero. Because when we round off anything greater than 5 is rounded off to 10 but since it is 4 which is less than 5 so the answer is 0.

Take minimum possible because its teaching vch it not actually b sold but nothing should b given for free, so take minimum as per your minimum requirement n moreover they would hv already been looted at schools. So again vcharging heavily is not fair
