I hold a BSc (Hons) in Business with International Management from Northumbria University (UK), where I achieved a Second Upper-Class standing, alongside a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). These qualifications have provided me with a strong foundation in business management, marketing, and international practices, which I am eager to share with students.

In addition to my academic credentials, I have extensive experience in leadership and mentoring through roles such as Vice President and Advisory Board Member of the BMS Student Council. These roles required me to guide teams, plan events, and nurture collaborative efforts—skills directly transferable to a teaching environment.

My professional experience further enhances my teaching capabilities. As a Senior Manager – Paid Media, I developed strategies and conducted market analyses, requiring me to break down complex concepts into actionable insights—an essential skill for effective teaching. My ability to design and deliver presentations, train team members, and manage projects has honed my communication and instructional skills.

I am fluent in English and Tamil and have a strong command of Sinhala, enabling me to connect with a diverse student population. My experience with content creation, from business materials to digital campaigns, equips me to present information engagingly and innovatively.
