Anyone can be fluent in English in for that case in any language if they keep a regular contact with the language. So all you need to do is to stay in touch with the language. You can do this by reading newspapers, listening English songs and trying to make out the lyrics or by watching English movies or sitcoms. You have to make sure that you are in touch with the language 24/7. Just think how did you learn your mother tongue: by listening to it continuously, that is by being in contact with the language. Same goes with English you can learn more quickly by speaking or listening more and more to it. Hope this helps you. read less

This would help you in building up your basic vocabulary and would train your mind to convert your thoughts in sentences of English language. The third step is to slowly and gradually trying to speak as and when you build your confidence by implementing the first two steps. Try to make friends who can speak in English with you and would encourage you to do the same. read less
