For learning English you can refer the book 'word power made easy'. Also there are many videos which will help improve listening skill. As listening is to speaking, repeatedly listened words create confidence for speaking.

for this one should refer to various resource rather than one book however prefer focusing on one english grammar book at time. generally - oxford English(grammar) ; Norman lewis(general vocabulary) apart from that refer news paper editorial column for giving your vocabulary an edge.
