Well, if you notice in Hindi spoken, we have words to show respect to people of all age..eg--aap kaise hain, notice the word' aap ' . in english spoken, we do not have any word specifically to differentiate respect for people of different age. so it is valid to use Mr, Mrs, Miss and Ms.
