we will never able to get fluency unless or untill we practise we have to start talk in english and think in english.Nobody get fluency without mistakes we should not esitate to talk in english with mistakes.you can record your small speaches and can correct it with friends or using internet.

English fluency can be improved only by using English as a daily language for day to day communications. Best way to learn new vocabulary is to read articles not necessarily a news paper but any article in English, like a magazine of your choice, or reading a story book particularly if you are intrested in novels and watching english movies with subtitles. During all these activities one must pick the words and find the dictionary meaning and frame a simple sentance using them. This way one can learn minimum of ten words per day and their vocubulary list increases, also they can learn the usage of these words. read less
