TALLY PRIME SYLLABUS • You don’t need to have a commerce background to learn Tally ERP9 GST because I will be covering the Fundamentals of Accounts and Book Keeping in my 1st one or two classes. Below topics will be included in my course • Creation and deletion of companies • Ledger creation and its types. • Creation of stock item, unit of measurement, and godowns in Inventory Management. • Creation of various types of Accounting / Inventory/ Payroll Vouchers. • Generating Accounting & Financial Reports. • Order Processing and Invoicing. • Complete Payroll Administration, till salary slip generation, and Statutory Deductions & Inclusions. • Banking; Cheque Printing, Cash Deposit Challan, bank reconciliation. • Creating TDS challan and filing in a government office. • Interest calculation • Point of Sale Bill for small shops or supermarkets. • Setting budgets for the current financial year. • Cost Estimate of a product, which needs to be manufactured using raw materials, by using the Bill of Materials feature of Tally. • How to back up and restore company data. • Concept of GST and GST number. • How to create GST Invoice for transactions within the state, and outside of the state, for both inward and outward supply. • Tally Security/Passwords • Shortcut keys • On completion of the course, you will get certificate of course completion.

I have taught many tiny tots, they used to learn alphabets, numbers, basic sentence structuring using 2 / 3 / 4 lettered words.. small stories, poems, cartoons, and charts made their learning easier, they used to get an all round development, this learning gave them a strong foundation to face their school teachers and outside world.. teaching was supplemented with mind developing games like chess, ..... videos and quizzes used to keep them usefully engaged... Over the past five years, I have been actively engaged in teaching soft skills training, with a particular focus on Business English and Body Language. My journey in this field has been both enriching and impactful, as it has allowed me to help individuals across different age groups and professional backgrounds build confidence, refine their communication, and project themselves effectively in both personal and workplace settings. In the area of Business English, my training has centered on enabling learners to use English not just as a language, but as a professional tool. I have guided participants in mastering workplace communication—ranging from email etiquette, report writing, and presentation skills to negotiation, customer interaction, and cross-cultural communication. I place emphasis on clarity, tone, and vocabulary, tailoring my sessions to the specific needs of learners, whether they are fresh graduates preparing for interviews or working professionals aiming for career growth. By designing interactive modules that include role-plays, real-life scenarios, and practical assignments, I ensure that learners gain not just theoretical knowledge, but also the confidence to apply Business English effectively in real situations. Alongside language training, I have also specialized in Body Language coaching, which is an essential but often overlooked aspect of professional success. I train individuals to become more conscious of their non-verbal cues—such as posture, gestures, eye contact, and facial expressions—and to align them with their spoken communication. This has helped participants enhance their overall presence, improve interpersonal relationships, and project credibility and confidence. I also focus on decoding others’ body language, enabling learners to read situations better and respond appropriately. My teaching philosophy combines patience, practice, and personalization. I believe that every learner has unique strengths and challenges, so I adapt my methods to suit their pace and objectives. I make use of interactive discussions, group activities, and constructive feedback to keep sessions engaging and productive. Over the years, my greatest reward has been witnessing the transformation in my learners—from hesitant speakers to confident communicators, and from unaware individuals to professionals with a strong, positive presence. This five-year journey in teaching Business English and Body Language has strengthened my commitment to empowering people with the essential soft skills that drive both personal growth and professional success.
