Have a sorrounding of friends who speak in the target language, listen to them and try to speak though it may be wrong but spek without hesitation. This guideline was just on initial personal speaking tryups without a tutor. No doubt, you will explore.

Read full sentences You learnt Hindi, Tamil or Telugu in full sentences. Then why should learning English be any different. Read full sentences, speak in sentences. Keep calm and do not worry about grammar. Remember, even those who speak English fluently make grammatical mistakes. But, what they do right, is communicate without worrying about them. Find an English newspaper and learn a word a day Keep your fear of new English words away. Use the word before it leaves you. Use the new word immediately to feel confident about it’s usage. There are somethings you can pick up by going through YouTube tutorials as well - but, for you to learn in a simulated and systematic manner, you should go for a structured training program. I would recommend you look for a workshop as it's better to learn in a group as one would learn from other co-learner as well. All the very best. read less

Which means, you will need to put in time on the learning and reflecting aspect of the speaking process. I strongly advice subscribing to youtube channels which promote spoken english (free lessons), download audio books, carry a pocket dictionary, find a friend who is willing to learn and begin the journey together (having a training partner always makes the learning experience fun and safe), build your vocabulary (learn 5 new words everyday), Read works of fiction (If novels dont work for you, get a set of comics).I have been teaching English for 4 years now, everyone has a different learning curve. Take time, have patience and give efforts, you are bound to succeed. :) read less

English is just a language. You need to help yourself by reading newspapers or novels. Give time to yourself. Work on yourself, it will develop much confidence in you. Even you wont find difficult to speak in English.

Now do 2 things a) Devote 1hr morning & 1 hr evening. Try to learn new words, usages, dictionary reading is a must. Read Hindu editorial, business line, listen to NDTY guy & lady anchors .how they deliver in a measured way, (Nidhi Razdan, or Vikramchandra, or rajdeep of Headlines. How forecfully 7 effectively they put their views it audience. b) Do it before a friends group knowing good english. Do for 1 to 2 months, you will see improvement in your speaking style. read less

What's the meaning of "blend in with somebody," like in this sentence, “This teacher is capable of blending in with the students.” Does it mean the same as "identify with somebody?"
'Blend in' would mean close to the meaning of mixing up so well so that the person does not stand out. SO the opposite of 'blend in' would be 'stand out' ' be different'. Whereas 'identify with' could mean understands very well and be in sync with.
