Watch some good English programmes and talk shows on TV. Join a reliable Spoken English academy to sharpen your language skills and try writing one solid passage in English everyday. Choose any topic you like. Read it out to yourself, read it aloud with flawless pronunciation, then present it without looking into the paper. Use a mirror in the beginning. See if you are comfortable looking into the mirror, eye to eye. Then talk to the mirror as if it was your student. If you do so confidently, you will not only be an excellent commuicator but a strong public speaker with a terrific command over the language. Everyday practice will have made you perfect.
