Learn vocabs and use them in sentence. For getting fluency need to listen to English news, songs etc.

Try to read as much as possible. Doesn' t matter what. It can be newspaper, any story book like that of chetan bhagat which are easy and interesting as well. Once you get the flow of reading slowly then you will be able to pronounce the words correctly and make good English sense.
