First of all It will be big line if i will say NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE, yes it is, but every learning requires some time, and one more thing learning never completes. Now about your question, yes you can definitely learn English, as it is just a language. I don't want to demoralize you, but the time you mentioned is very limited and seems bit unrealistic, again no worries you just start learning without thinking about time, as it is not any exam in which you have to score or have to complete within a given time. So start learning and after some time you will see the positive development in you. I write long so please bear me. Thank you and keep learning.

Now about your question, yes you can definitely learn English, as it is just a language. I don't want to demoralize you, but the time you mentioned is very limited and seems bit unrealistic, again no worries you just start learning without thinking about time, as it is not any exam in which you have to score or have to complete within a given time.
