Try to read English story books, newspaper, watch English movies or news channel etc. Basically immerse yourself into an English speaking environment. you should understand it by understanding the grammar first. For instance, Types of Tenses, verbs, subject, object and its proper structure according to type of tenses.

To improve your understanding you need to read a lot of English material like stories, news article etc. Work on your grammar and practise your English without any hesitation.

The best and easiest way is to find a friend or a family member who is good in english speaking. Talk to them regularly in english. Be open to get corrected. Learn from mistakes. Join an institute or hire a professional who can teach you from your level.

Unless you preparing for some competitive exam, I suggest don't study grammar too much as it may confuse one. Try reading , listening & speaking English as much as you can. Consult a dictionary when you come across a difficult word . When creating a sentence please don't translate from mother tongue....

The order of words may differ and distort the meaning . Best is to listen, speak & keep evolving. If preparing for an exam, learning grammar is imperative ...in that case pay more attention to subject - verb sync, timeline & preposition . Use the substitution method to make more sentences . After all, Grammar is a set of rules which help us arrange words in the proper sequence in a sentence. A Good Trainer makes the learning of Grammar a really interesting and useful experience. 3. Practice the 4 essential aspects of Language Learning everyday, namely, Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking, at least for 15 minutes each, everyday.
