Watch English movies and English TV series with subtitlles. Read aloud and record yourself to check your progress. Hi Gopidoss ,improve your english knowledge by reading news paper,would be the best methodology one can implement. Regarding your listening skills watch a lot of television programmes in English. Try to grasp them initially but remember to be patient with yourself.

is there any way that we can charge the students for demo?

When we give them demo for free.. they sometimes do not attend the same and sometimes just attend it for a pass time.

The tutors are charged with coins which means it is free when the student books a demo and we the tutors have to forgo the coins if not attended by student.i really do not understand the logic for this...
