English is an wide area, a simple elegant language in which you can gain expertise bu practice and patience. Based on your interest and amount of time you spare for learning you can at the earliest catch fluency of the language in 7-8 months. But expertise??? If I should truthfully answer your question, I have been learning English for 10 years now..... Never mind, I'm now a trainer :) :) Thanks :) read less
